Choosing a plan

Personal, Family, Business or Enterprise. Every plan includes every app; they differ by people, storage and admin controls.

Updated 2026-09-29

Every plan includes every Atrium app — vault, notes, calendar, lists, contacts, budgets, polls, invitations, registries and forms. Personal and Family are billed yearly; Business can pay monthly or yearly, and yearly costs about 30% less. Current prices and every limit side by side are on the pricing page, which reads the same plan data the app enforces.

Personal

For one person. Your own vault, notes and calendars, encrypted storage, and time-locked access on up to 3 items. Personal is private to you: sharing items, lists, budgets and vaults with other people comes with Family, Business and Enterprise.

Family

For a household, with 4 people included. Everyone gets their own private space, plus shared vaults with roles so the household can keep common passwords and documents in one place. More storage than Personal, time-locked access on up to 10 items for each person, and accounts for children that the owner can help recover. You can add more members from your billing page, up to the plan's limit. Marked Best value because, with 4 people included, it costs about half as much per person as Personal.

Business

For teams, priced per seat with a 10-seat minimum. Shared vaults with roles, unlimited time-locked items, break-glass requests (where a colleague can ask to open a locked item early and the item's owner must approve), and admin tooling: custom roles, groups, organisation policies with optional four-eyes approval, and signed audit export. See Team admin, policies and ownership. Add seats from your billing page as the team grows.

Enterprise

For larger organisations: 25 seats and up, priced per seat, on custom terms. It isn't self-serve — contact us and we'll set it up with you.
